What People Are Saying

I really connect with Jayna’s way of teaching because she is gentle, patient and committed to yoga. Her classes are not only about doing poses but to feel the sensations in the body. I feel there is a real meaning to the practice; it is both spiritual and connected to earth. Through yoga, Jayna teaches me how to reconnect with my inner self, feeling more conscious about what surrounds me and thinking in a more positive way. At the end of a practice with her, I not only feel the wellbeing that yoga brings, I also feel inspired..”

“I’ve always considered myself not to be flexible and therefore no good at yoga. I’d tried and enjoyed it in the past, but always hid at the back. Discovering Jayna’s classes turned this around for me. I’ve learned not to compare myself to others but to be proud of what my body can gradually achieve, and most importantly how it feels rather than how it looks to everyone else. Jayna creates an environment where no matter what your level, you come away feeling excited about what yoga has to offer, wanting more. She has taught me that the journey is just as fun as the results.”
